Wedding Packages

      

We offer several different packages to meet your needs for your special day. We offer our Princess Pkg,  our Diamond Pkg. and our Double Diamond Pkg. Our "Majesty Package" add on. is for brides and families wishing to spend more time at our venue including coming in the day before providing ample time for decorating, wedding rehearsal and cookout. This also enables the Bride and Bridal Party an overnight in the Bridal Suite the night before the wedding!

    Both barns are handicap accessible. All of our packages include complimentary 5" round tables and folding chairs in Reception Barn,Church Pews in Wedding Barn, Permanent seating at "Vintage Pond" Outdoor Venue, Parking attendants, Directional Road Signage, Organza draping at all barn doors, Hay Wagon transport, Whiskey Barrels and Props and Ivory mid-length Table Linens. 

   Our new "Forest Weddings" is available with all of our wedding packages for an upgrade cost of and additional $100.00 for set-up and take down.

Wedding Packages have been updated with new pricing and amenities on 12-12-17. Your previous package will remain what it was when you purchased!

Diamond Package Plus

(IN ADDITION TO THE PRINCESS PKG ABOVE THE FOLLOWING IS ALSO INCLUDED)

  •  Includes chair covers & sashes, table linens and table runner. You set up & press
  •  Evening Bon Fire, in accordance with Forestry Dept. (perhaps you would like to bring a s’more bar?)
  •  Honeymoon overnight stay for newlyweds only on night of wedding in Bridal Suite!
  •  We provide clean-up service & trash removal (caterer or food provider responsible taking their own trash& clean up)
  •  Sweet Heart Table for 2, large log slice cake platter, cedar 3 tier cupcake stand
  •  Large Metal Easel     

(All Saturdays in May, June, September, October must include the Majesty Pkg.)

  • ·Arrival time at venue: 10:00 arrival to bridal suite 12:00 noon. Depart farm and Bridal Suite at 11:30 p.m. evening of   wedding. all decor must be removed and all vehicles gone from property by 11:30 p.m. (except for Bride & Groom when staying overnight in Bridal Suite on wedding night.
  •  Bride & Groom have honeymoon night in Bridal Suite. Depart at 10:00 a.m.
  •  Hay wagon ride for your guest from parking area to barns!
  •  Evening Bon Fire within the Forestry Restrictions.
  • Wedding Barn with pews to seat 200 guest. Commercial Fans included in barn. 2 crystal chandeliers and Edison style lights draped inside. 
  • Organza sheer drapes on all 4 barn doors and elegantly draped from column to column.
  •  Reception Barn includes  table and chairs to seat 200 guests. Commercial Fans included in barn. 2 crystal chandeliers and Edison style lights draped inside. Stage and dance floor. Caterers "Food Prep Room" with refrigeration (no cooking permitted in kitchen or in barns per our insurance company demands) You may cook in the Bridal Suite. His & Her indoor bathrooms for wedding guest inside Reception Barn
  • Outdoor Wedding Site at "Vintage Pond" showcasing a large custom cedar arbor & wedding party platform with permanent style seating for up to 200 guest
  • Groom's Room for Groom and his party to rest comfortably in
  • "Bridal Suite" for the Bride and her party. Our Bridal Suite features a "Bridal Parlor" with floor to ceiling mirror, 3 station make-up counter and hair salon chair and station. The Bridal Suite comes complete with a full kitchen, Master bedroom with King Log Bed and private Bath, a second room with 2 couch/beds, Guest Bath, Foosball, family gathering room with electric fireplace and TV Satellite, Wi=Fi, a utility room with washer and dryer and hot tub on back deck.
  • We assist with parking
  • Clean-up service included Trash removal included. Your caterer is responsible for taking their own trash & clean up.
  • Props include: 2 vintage mantels, 4 whiskey barrels, 4 bales of hay, vintage trunk, stationary vintage hand hewed arbor
  • Hard Liquor prohibited on property. Owners do not promote drinking.  Beer, wine or champagne is responsibility of Renter and Renter must sign a waiver releasing Red River Gorge Wedding Barn & Event Venue, LLC of all damages as a result from event and/or resulting from alcohol consumption and or any other incidents during Renter's event or after  event as a result from the event.
  • We require that you buy 1-day Event/alcohol Insurance that can be bought online for your liability protection. cost approx. $200 – $250.00. We will need a completed copy of insurance form. Policy must include our venue name and address                                                                    
  • We provide road signage directing guest
  • Venue available to renter at no charge for 1-1/2 hour engagement photo session (pre-wedding event) as long as venue is available.

Double Diamond Package Plus

(IN ADDITION TO THE PRINCESS PKG THE FOLLOWING IS ALSO INCLUDED)

  • Includes chair covers & sashes, table linen and table runner.
  • Centerpieces also included
  • We set up tables and press linens!
  • Includes my Choreographer Services  for wedding day only. We are at the venue all day assisting and working with your timeline. Takes the stress off of family members
  • Use of my maintenance man (1 hours) for climbing for high decorations.
  • We serve your cake, serve soft drinks and clear tables for your guest.
  •  Evening Bon Fire, in accordance with Forestry Dept.                            
  •  Honeymoon overnight stay for newlyweds only on night of wedding in Bridal Suite!
  • We provide clean-up service & trash removal (caterer or food provider responsible for their own)
